Anyone for MCSD on .NET? Exam 70-300, Analyzing Requirements and Defining .NET Solution Architectures, the final exam requirement for this premium title, is expected to be released next week, possibly as early as this Monday. However, a scan of certification newsgroups (including the ones on Microsoft's Training and Certification site) as late as Thursday afternoon indicate that 71-300 beta testers' scores hadn't been released.

Exam 70-300, which was announced more than a year ago, is the seventh and last in the list of core exams necessary for completion of the MCSD.NET title. Microsoft hasn't released any details on whether it would offer charter membership benefits to the first wave of candidates who complete the MCSD.NET requirements, but it's likely—the company has done so with every title, including its latest, the Microsoft Certified Application Developer.

Except for Microsoft Official Curriculum, study sources for this exam are sparse. Microsoft Press will publish a training kit for this exam: MCSD Self-Paced Training Kit: Analyzing Requirements and Defining .NET Solution Architectures, Exam 70-300; this book is expected to be available in April. MeasureUp so far is the only Microsoft Certification Practice Test Provider to offer a sample practice test questions for this exam.
