SBS 2003 Exam Beta Extended
Beta of newest exam for Small Business Server 2003 implementers ends Oct. 5.
Microsoft Learning has extended the beta testing program for exam 70-282, Designing,
Deploying, and Managing a Network Solution for a Small- and Medium-Sized Business
to Oct. 5. (to read the exam objective guide,

here). The exam, originally announced at the MCP TechMentor conference
in San Diego (see "
Small
Business Server Gets First Exam" by Dian Schaffhauser in the News
Archive), is aimed at implementers of the upcoming Small Business Server 2003
.
The exam, numbered 71-282 while in beta, is available at both Prometric
and Vue registration
sites. Microsoft offers the exam for free to qualified individual; the company
typically sends out invitations to selected subscriber of the MCP Newsflash
