Safe@School program provides affordable anti-virus
protection at $1.79 per workstation a year with
Vexira Antivirus.
The scalable, multi-platform solution can be used to defend desktop workstations,
file servers and e-mail gateways against viral attacks and is backed by Central
Command’s support staff. Free home use of Vexira for faculty and staff
is provided with a minimum school order of $300.

MODEL Technologies’ new ContextPortal
for Microsoft Outlook helps users retrieve information in their e-mail
quickly and accurately by pulling key phrases, and summarizing and categorizing

Castle Rock Computing announced the upcoming release
of an add-on module for the company’s SNMPc Enterprise Network Management
System. SNMPc Online 2005 provides a scalable Web-based
reporting dashboard from which admins can get network statistics, alerts and
node information including availability and latency, connected device types
and vendor-specific information for such manufacturers as Cisco. SNMPc Online
