Robert J. Deshaies, vice president of Microsoft's U.S. Partner Group, will deliver the keynote address at Redmond Channel Partner's inaugural TechPartner Conference this month.
TechPartner will be held March 28-29 at the Hilton Walt Disney World Resort Hotel near Orlando, Fla. The independent event features an agenda packed with presentations and workshops aimed at helping attendees maximize revenue opportunities from Microsoft's 2007 wave of product releases.
Leading the lineup is Deshaies, who is responsible for developing partner strategy and program execution (see "Microsoft's New U.S. Channel Chief," September 2006). He'll discuss new opportunities, unveil partner-oriented business and marketing resources, provide tips on navigating the Microsoft organization and offer advice on partnering with Microsoft to improve profitability.
The conference also offers sales training workshops and presentations, opportunities for peer networking, and access to the exhibit hall for the concurrent TechMentor Conference, a network and certification event for Windows professionals that's sponsored by RCP's sister publication Redmond magazine.
